Nema Residence
Intro
Nema Residence is a G+2 home designed around a large central courtyard that brings in ample daylight and ensures continuous cross-ventilation across all levels. The open planning enhances spatial fluidity while maintaining privacy. A subtle play of curves softens the built form, adding movement and character to the spaces. The result is a breathable, light-filled residence that balances functionality with sculptural elegance.
